Sebastian is a Traverse City native who grew up on the west side of town on Bass Lake. For more than two decades he has built and revitalized community-driven businesses — beginning as a one-person fitness studio and growing into a portfolio of ventures rooted in Northern Michigan.
He brings creativity to real estate, combining hands-on investment experience with a proven track record of operating his own businesses. Having managed multiple investment properties while searching for his own family's dream home on Spider Lake, he understands both the emotional journey of finding a home and the financial strategy behind every smart move.
Outside of work, Sebastian is a passionate traveler — just as comfortable wandering a vineyard in Europe as he is at Blue Goat — and lives an active life with his wife and young daughter, exploring local trails and long summer days on the water.
A through-line across every chapter — from a one-room fitness studio to a 50-year-old wine shop to a real estate practice grounded in patience and relationships.
